SCHOOL CLOTHING

Children are expected to be dressed suitably for the variety of indoor and outdoor activities which they will be pursuing during the day.

The school uniform colour is Royal Blue . Please do your best to always dress your child in the uniform.

Suggested Clothing

Black/Grey trousers—short or long in winter.

Black/Grey skirts/trousers or pinafores in winter

Black or grey shorts for summer

Plain white shirt/blouses/polo shirts

Royal Blue cardigan, pullover or sweatshirt

Grey, white socks or tights

Sensible black shoes

Sensible well-fitting sandals are permitted in the Summer Term

Open-toe shoes are not permitted, and shoes with a high heel are not suitable for school wear.

Correct clothing for physical activity is essential. Every child should have :

A pair of plimsolls or trainers, black or blue shorts and white tee shirt in school at all times ready for use on any day.

For use on the field—Trainers

Y3, Y4, Y5, Y6—football boots, shorts and shirt with a PE bag to keep the above in.

Sun hats may be worn out of doors at the discretion of the parent.

Please provide an apron or appropriate cover for Art, Craft and design (a cut down adults shirt is ideal). The child’s clothing should be clearly marked with their name.

Jewellery

Children should not wear jewellery. If your child has pierced ears they will have to remove earrings for all physical activity including swimming. They must be able to remove the studs themselves or refrain from wearing any earrings during school hours. Only stud earrings are acceptable.

Watches are not required.
